Medication Manager

Bavarian Meadows Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Medication Manager to join our team. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional care to seniors, we would love to hear from you!

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Must be flexible to work AM and PM shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday schedule required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living
• Administer prescribed medications according to established procedures
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to appropriate staff
• Monitor for and report medication side effects or adverse reactions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and quality care

Compensation

Starting wage: $16.00 per hour, with consideration given for experience.
