Job Details
Bavarian Meadows is looking for a part time maintenance person to join their team to manage general tasks and meet the needs of the residents and keep up on monitoring of systems to meet state regulations, per fire code. Perfect job for a second income or retiree looking to stay busy. Hours flexible. 10-15 on average per week.
Requirements
Must have skillsets to perform basic electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance, painting, drywall, and repair tasks.
